We were appointed by a previous education client to prepare proposals for his own home expansion.

Our work has involved reviewing and developing an initial planning application and preparing proposals for a building regulations application.

Works include the removal of a previous single storey extension and replacing it with an open plan dining space linked to a remodelled kitchen. At first floor there is a new master bedroom with ensuite and separate dressing room together with a remodelled family bathroom.

Planning permission was granted in March 2016 with work carried out over the summer of 2016, and completed in the Autumn.
