We were appointed in 2020 by our client who had seen and liked our work at Fir View Potten End.  Work started on site in summer 2021, with completion due early 2022.

The brief was very similar in that the existing chalet bungalow was to have the existing first floor removed and replaced with an all new timber frame first floor.

Our design enhances the overall appearance of the house with a new, double height and glazed entrance hall. The master bedroom has an ensuite and there are three further bedrooms.

Following a Pre Application Consultation submission, which was responded to favourably by the Planners, we obtained planning approval in late summer 2020. Part of our proposals included detailed 3D views showing how the new proposal would minimally affect views from neighbouring properties on either side.

Work started on site in August 2021, with completion February 2022.
