We were appointed in 2016 to prepare a feasibility study for this secondary school. The brief was to accommodate a 1Form Entry (FE) expansion.

We analysed the existing accommodation against DfE space standards to assess current provision and implications of the additional 1 FE.

Our conclusions and proposal put to the client was for a replacement dining block with 6th form accommodation and 8 general teaching classrooms above. Elsewhere on the site, we proposed an extension to the science block, providing an additional science lab.

As part of this proposal, and as added value, we were able to address pre existing problems with the main school entrance and changes in levels.
