We were appointed in 2019 by the GP Practice to develop designs for returning the GP practice surgery in Boxwell Road back to a single dwelling. The property is located in the town’s conservation area.

Our design restored the original house back to its former glory and added a new, contemporary open plan kitchen / dining / living space to the rear of the house.

Planning Approval was obtained and we were then commissioned by our clients to produce 3D CGI images to assist with the sale of the property which occurred in 2020.
