We were appointed, following recommendation, by our clients in early 2019 to prepare a feasibility study for a new community hub building on the existing school site.

The school is located in Green Belt and is bordered to the south and west by residential properties.

​

We considered a series of possible locations within the school and in agreement with the client, settled on the current location of the caretaker’s bungalow. This minimised the impact on neighbours and reduced the increase in built area within the Green Belt.

Our submission to the local Planners as a Pre Application Consultation was well received with an agreement in principle to the proposal.
